MANILAspinph, Philippines — Malacañang on Friday released a list of special (non-working) days for 2025 as well as three new national observances.

The following dates will be observed as special (non-working) days in various locations:

Tanay, Rizal – November 8 Valenzuela City – November 12 Oriental Mindoro – November 15 Borongan, Eastern Samar – November 15 Palayan City, Nueva Ecija – November 22, December 5 Itogon, Benguet – November 22 Tublay, Benguet – November 22 Province of Benguet – November 23 Maragusan, Davao de Oro – November 25 Dasmariñas, Cavite – November 26 Sarangani – November 28 Piñan, Zamboanga del Norte – November 28
